Refunds & Returns Policy

Luxurious Creations AU

By placing an order with Luxurious Creations AU, you agree to the following Refunds & Returns Policy.

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. Luxurious Creations AU does not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations once an order has been placed. This includes, but is not limited to, customized, personalized, and made-to-order items.

Custom & Personalized Items

Custom and personalized products are created specifically for each customer and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to customer error, dissatisfaction with design, or spelling errors approved at checkout.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization details prior to submitting an order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, the customer must notify Luxurious Creations AU within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

To be considered for a resolution, the customer must provide:

 

1: Order number

2: Clear photos of the damaged or defective item

3: Photos of the original packaging

 

Failure to provide requested documentation within the stated timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

If approved, Luxurious Creations AU reserves the right to issue a replacement or store credit at its sole discretion. Cash refunds are not guaranteed.

Shipping & Carrier Liability

Luxurious Creations AU is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen packages once the order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Any claims regarding delayed, lost, or stolen shipments must be filed directly with the carrier.

Orders marked as "delivered" by the carrier are considered fulfilled.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Luxurious Creations AU is not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses are not eligible for refunds or reshipment.

Limitation of Liability

Luxurious Creations AU shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our products.

Policy Changes

Luxurious Creations AU reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.

Changes will apply to future orders only.
